Your journey unfolds with visits to local producers. We'll try to include stops at Lofoten Seaweed, Tangstad Hvalkjøtt, Lofoten Gårdsysteri, Åland Gård, Lofoten Product, and Ballstad with Nic Haug Fish—where the people who shape Lofoten's food story work.

Our signature Arctic Bites menu, prepared fresh at Jordbærpikene Cafe, travels with you. We serve the meal at carefully chosen scenic stops—outdoors when weather permits or comfortably in the car—separate from our time with the producers. When we're with them, the focus is on what they do best: their craft, their stories, their place in Lofoten.

This is the most direct connection you can have to your food. A culinary adventure where every bite is accompanied by context, every flavor deepened by its source.

Your experience begins with a welcome drink at our meeting point, Jordbærpikene Café, before we transport you comfortably to explore the region. Along the way, your guide provides insight into the landscape unfolding around you.

• A Year-Round Expedition: Available Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00, each season offering a unique character.
