Trip to Lovund with Havung

Welcome to a memorable summer experience on board Havung - a full-day tour that combines coastal culture, local food, spectacular scenery and genuine northern Norwegian hospitality. The tour starts from Brygga on Dønna and travels through the beautiful archipelago towards Lovund on the traditional boat Havung.

Along the way, you can enjoy the view from the deck, experience the mountains, sea and archipelago, and feel the very special atmosphere along the Helgeland coast. Depending on the date, either a shrimp dinner is served on board or a tasty 2-course lunch with dessert and coffee at Lovund Hotel.

Once at Lovund, there will be time to explore the island, experience the unique coastal community and enjoy the atmosphere of one of Helgeland's most iconic islands. On the return trip, we'll also try our luck at fishing on the way back to Dønna.

This is a social and relaxing day trip that is perfect for couples, friends, visitors and locals who want an authentic experience of Northern Norway.

Meet at Brygga at Dønna before departure at 09:30. The tour lasts all day and takes place outdoors for part of the time, so we recommend warm and weather-appropriate clothing. Please inform us of any allergies when booking. Limited number of places, weather permitting.
