Join our guide for a hike through the beautiful surroundings of Sorrisniva. On this 1,5-hour experience we will walk to a wooden shelter, which is perfectly located halfway up a mountain ridge and make a bonfire.

Set out from Sorrisniva with a local guide for an easy 1.5-hour walk through the peaceful nature surrounding the lodge. The trail leads towards a wooden shelter located partway up a mountain ridge, where the landscape opens up with views over the Alta valley, the surrounding mountains, and the Alta River below.

Along the way, your guide will make short stops to share stories about the local nature, outdoor traditions, and history of the area. You will have time to take in the scenery, ask questions, and get a closer look at the Arctic landscape around Sorrisniva.

At the shelter, take a relaxed break by the campfire and enjoy something warm to drink with a snack. This guided walk is a good choice for those who want a gentle outdoor experience in Alta, with fresh air, local insight, and a calm moment in nature.
